We collect only the data you voluntarily submit through our partnership inquiry form: your name, company or medical practice name, email address, website URL, professional role (manufacturer, healthcare practitioner, or distributor), and the contents of your message. We do not collect special-category health data through this website.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data solely to evaluate your inquiry, review your professional credentials, and respond to you. The legal basis is your consent (revFADP art. 6 / GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in conducting B2B partnership assessments (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses only strictly necessary technical storage — specifically, a local preference to remember your selected language and your cookie acknowledgement. We do not deploy advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics or similar tools. No prior consent is required for strictly necessary storage under Swiss and EU law.

5. Data Sharing & International Transfers

We do not sell or rent your data. Inquiry submissions are stored on infrastructure operated by reputable cloud providers. Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss FDPIC addendum.

6. Retention

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to your request, and thereafter for documentation purposes for a maximum of 24 months, unless a longer retention is required by Swiss commercial law.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Swiss residents may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). EEA residents may complain to their national supervisory authority.
